Lorraine is an award winning designer, artist, educator, and maker. She enjoys a variety of challenges, from the conceptual image making in the world of editorial illustration, to the narrative exploration of storytelling to the decorative play involved in packaging and surface design. Not one to be pinned down by media she insists that exploration always be a part of her work, providing a fresh take whenever needed. Her work has been in The Society of Illustrators, Communication Arts, and Applied Arts Magazine. Lorraine has won many awards for both her illustration work as well as her design work. She has recently been included in the Luerzers Archive Top 200 Illustrators 2014.
