Penelope Dullaghan is an award-winning illustrator with a propensity for expressing joy through form and color. Her work spans publishing, editorial, and advertising, creating images that connect with both children and adults. She dabbles extravagantly in any medium she can find — especially printmaking, paint, and cut paper. No matter the method, her work is distinguished by simplicity, warmth, and a sense of curiosity.
