Live art @ Fabric8 7.26.2008
July 30, 2008Fabric8 hosted it’s Mission Vinyl event last Saturday, which is a fresh combo of live DJ-action in the front of the store and live painting-action in the back patio…and some tasty BBQ action to boot! I joined in on a painting session with artists Reuben Rude, Andy Stattmiller, and Phoneticontrol…who all have very unique styles. I focused on painting a character on top of a collaged canvas that Reuben made earlier that day…a real fun piece to be a part of. For those of you that are not familiar with Fabric8, check out their website or their blog…they are easily the best art boutique in SF…and stopping by in person to see the well designed store will surely confirm that!
One, two, three, look busy everyone!
